  • Breast-conserving surgery (lumpectomy) with clear margin strategy
  • Modified radical mastectomy where required
  • Sentinel lymph node biopsy; axillary dissection when indicated
  • Oncoplastic techniques for shape symmetry and better cosmetic outcomes
  • Immediate or delayed reconstruction (implant or autologous; case-based planning)

Systemic & Radiation Therapy (Coordinated Care)

  • Chemotherapy day-care with protocol-driven regimens
